While the liquidation industry is typically “as-is,” we go the extra mile to ensure you are treated fairly.
1. The “Edwin” Authenticity Guarantee
Your reputation is everything. We 100% guarantee the authenticity of every branded item we sell (Nike, Gucci, Apple, etc.). If an item is ever found to be non-authentic, we will issue a full refund for that unit and provide you with a credit toward your next pallet. We stand by our products so you can stand by yours.
2. 48-Hour “Peace of Mind” Inspection Window
We want you to be happy when that pallet arrives. Once your delivery is dropped off, you have a full 48 hours to inspect your inventory.

Significant Discrepancies: If the manifest is significantly off, or you received the wrong category of goods, just let us know. We won’t leave you hanging—we will work with you to find a fair solution, whether that’s a partial refund, a credit, or an exchange.
3. Shipping & Transit Protection
Freight can be rough, but we’ve got your back.

We’ve Got You Covered: If your pallet arrives damaged by the carrier, simply take a photo and note it on the delivery receipt. Send it to us, and our team will handle the headache of the insurance claim for you. We want you focused on selling, not on paperwork.
4. Transparent Grading – No Surprises
We hate “junk” as much as you do. Our grading team is instructed to be conservative.

Final Sale: Once an item is sold and matches the description, we cannot take it back for “buyer’s remorse” so that we can keep our inventory moving fast for everyone.

Condition: For “Customer Return” lots, please expect some minor wear—that’s where the biggest profit margins are found!
