At Liquidation Pallets Auctions, we operate under a wholesale liquidation business model where inventory may include overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, closeouts, and mixed or unmanifested merchandise. Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, all products are sold according to standard liquidation industry practices.
This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty protection available to customers in specific situations.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Our limited warranty only applies in the following cases:
- Incorrect pallet or merchandise delivered
- Shipment arrives with significant freight damage
- Major discrepancy between the advertised product description and the received shipment
This warranty is intended to ensure customers receive the correct order in acceptable shipping condition.
Warranty Claim Period
All warranty-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Because liquidation inventory is shipped through freight carriers and may include mixed inventory, claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.
Requirements for Warranty Claims
To qualify for warranty assistance, customers must:
- Keep the pallet substantially intact and unused
- Provide clear photos of the pallet, packaging, labels, and products
- Provide video evidence when possible during unloading or inspection
- Submit a detailed explanation of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, this warranty does not cover:
- Customer dissatisfaction with product assortment
- Minor cosmetic wear or packaging imperfections
- Variations in product mix, styles, colors, or resale value
- Untested items or mixed inventory conditions
- Expectations regarding specific brands, quantities, or profits
- Normal liquidation variability
All buyers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with liquidation inventory at the time of purchase.
Approved Claim Resolutions
If a warranty claim is approved, Liquidation Pallets Auctions may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement pallet
- Partial refund
- Full refund
Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the issue and inventory availability.
