Shipping Policy

Order Processing

At Liquidation Pallets Auctions, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed during regular business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping & Delivery Times

After order processing, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and freight carrier schedules.

Once your shipment has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent so you can monitor delivery progress.


Delivery Information

All pallet orders are delivered via curbside freight delivery, which is standard for wholesale and liquidation pallet shipments.

This means:

  • The carrier will deliver the pallet to the nearest accessible location at your address.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging any additional assistance, equipment, or labor needed to move the pallet after delivery.

For commercial deliveries, a loading dock or forklift is recommended when possible.


Shipping Coverage

Liquidation Pallets Auctions currently offers shipping throughout the United States. International shipping may be available on select orders upon request.

Customers outside the U.S. may contact our support team for freight assistance and availability.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on many pallet orders within eligible service areas.

Additional shipping fees may apply for:

  • Residential deliveries
  • Liftgate service requests
  • Remote or restricted locations
  • Special freight requirements

Delivery Coordination

Shipment Inspection & Claims

  • Keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved

Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement, refund, or freight claims.


Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or failure to coordinate with the freight carrier, additional redelivery or storage fees may apply.

These charges are determined by the freight carrier and must be paid before rescheduling delivery.


Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, notify Liquidation Pallets Auctions within the required reporting period. Our support team will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue according to our Returns & Refund Policy.


Split Shipments
